You're in good hands with me.
You're in good hands with me.
My philosophy and background
I was born in France and have been living in Austria for over 20 years. Issues such as diversity, discrimination, and equality are central concerns in my work. My degrees in psychology and international development were guided by my desire to understand and critically reflect on these areas on a psychological, social, and transnational level. Because, I believe at my core, every person has the right to mental health, self-determination, and respect.
You can expect this attitude from me as a trainer and workshop leader: I treat my participants as equals and take a genuine interest in their personal and social realities. My aim is to create a non-judgmental, honest, and trustworthy setting in which active participation and serious exchange on difficult topics can take place.
These convictions have also shaped my professional career. As a trainer for violence prevention and sexual education and as a psychosocial counselor, I have many years of experience and expertise in working with companies, organizations, and educational institutions. As a member of the workers’ council at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, I was also active in the labour union. Since 2019, I have been involved in the Platform for Sexual Education, the Austrian representative body for sex educators. In 2023, I was elected to its board.
A particularly important part of my work involves collaborating with various associations and organizations, for which I offer workshops on the topic of violence prevention. These include White Ribbon Austria and the “Act4Respect” project against sexual harassment in the workplace, which is run by the association sprungbrett in cooperation with the Vienna Chamber of Labor.
