Violence in the workplace has many faces: from aggressive communication to active bullying; from inappropriate compliments to serious sexual misconduct. Through knowledge transfer – including information on laws and rights – and awareness raising, my workshops bring the following points into focus:

As they grow up, they are confronted with a wide range of feelings and mental and physical changes. They should be able to experience these processes with a sense of well-being and self-confidence. Therefore, my workshops in this area focus on the following questions:

  • As an adult, how can I support the well-being of adolescents?
